Octahub’s own fee is billed in euros: up to 10 members €4.99 per month flat, then €0.90 per member for members 11–100, €0.70 for 101–250 and €0.50 from member 251, plus €0.05 per GB of storage. 300 members with 1 GB cost €216.04 per month.

Can we charge members in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Membership plans can be created in Canadian dollars. Members pay via Stripe or PayPal.
Our data would be stored outside Canada – is that allowed?
According to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, PIPEDA does not prohibit transferring personal information to a service provider in another country. The organization remains accountable, should protect the data through a contract and should tell individuals that their data may be processed abroad. Octahub stores data in Nuremberg, Germany; our service providers are listed in the privacy policy. This is not legal advice.
