For organisations in the United Kingdom
Software for UK martial arts associations with many clubs
Bring every club of your association onto one platform: club leaders manage their own members, gradings and seminars are recorded as achievements, and members open their training content in the free Octahub app.
What matters for UK associations
Clubs as groups
Create a group for every club and give it its own group leader. The association keeps the overview of members and cash flow.
Gradings and syllabus
Gradings, courses and coaching certificates become achievements that unlock the matching videos and PDFs.

Questions from UK organisations
Can we charge members in pounds sterling?
Not yet. Membership plans can currently be created in euros, US dollars and Canadian dollars. More currencies can be added – talk to us if you need pounds sterling.
Is it a problem that the data is stored in Germany?
According to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, all countries in the European Economic Area have full UK adequacy, so personal data can be transferred there without additional safeguards. Some of our service providers are based in the US; all of them are listed in our privacy policy. This is not legal advice.
In which currency is Octahub billed?
Octahub’s own fee is billed in euros. Use the cost calculator for your number of members.
